Dispatch & Delivery
I do my best to dispatch physical orders within three working days. In particularly busy times it may take up to ten working days to dispatch your order. In these situations I will provide an update to keep you informed. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email, with tracking details where appropriate. Please refer to these tracking details in the first instance if you haven’t received your order.
Please be aware that when your package is delivered you MUST make the postman or delivery courier aware of any damage to the packaging before signing to accept receipt. Failure to do this makes it very hard to submit a claim for damaged items. Please note that any damage or incorrect orders must be reported within five working days of days of receipt.
Returns & Refunds
In accordance with UK legislation, you are entitled to return your physical order for a full refund (excluding delivery charges). You must inform me by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org within fourteen days of receiving your order that you would like a refund. Items must be returned to me within fourteen days of this. Please note –
- Goods must be returned ‘as sold’ sealed in the original packaging
- Goods must be unused and in ‘AS NEW’ condition. If you have opened a package to examine the product it must have been done without damaging the box and packaging or damaging the product in any way
Special delivery is recommended for returns, as refunds cannot be made where items are lost in the post. I will acknowledge your return upon receipt, and will refund the cost cost of the goods returned within fourteen days.
Due to the fact that digital products such as pdf guides are delivered in full on payment, no refund can be given. We will not issue refunds for any digital products purchased via the website in accordance with current distance selling or consumer contracts regulations.
